About Fast Delivery

⭐ Currently, we have only set up local warehouses in the USA, which means that some selected products with sufficient inventory can be shipped to the United States within 3-7 days.

⭐ In the future, we will successively set up local warehouses in CAN, UK, AUS, and Europe countries. We sincerely hope that the baby you purchase can safely arrive home at a clip.

Painting and production usually takes 1-3 working days, longer for holidays. Sorry to keep you waiting, but your doll is worth the wait.

  • SHIPPING COSTS

You can contact customer service to change your shipping address before your order is dispatched. The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been dispatched.

  • ABOUT TAXES

Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact the local customs for more information. If import duties or taxes are charged in rare cases, the customer is responsible for paying these costs.

2.Return & Refund Policy

If you would like to return or exchange goods, please contact us via email service@creativegiftss.com

Our return/exchange policy is valid for 180 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after 180 days from the date of order.

  • Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

  • Cancellations/Returns
1.If we sent the wrong order or item(s), or you received any broken items. Please submit a support ticket and attach some clear photos of the items that could present a quality issue and email service@creativegiftss.com, we will offer you a full/partial refund or exchange service.

2.Cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched is subject to a 15% cancellation charge.

3.Cancellation is not supported after an order has been placed.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

  • Exchange & Return

Please submit a support ticket and attach some clear photos of the items that could present a quality issue, we will offer you a full/partial refund or exchange service.
