Our policy lasts 180 days. If 180 days have passed since the delivery date, we are sorry that we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.
1. Once you want to return the product, please send us a return/replacement request to: which includes the following details:
Your order number
The SKU number of the product you need to return or exchange
Pictures/videos showing evidence of problems/defects
2. In order to be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original condition-unwashed, unused and undamaged. It must also be placed in the original packaging with all original labels. Otherwise, the buyer will bear all the costs incurred and there will be no refund.
Please use registered mail with online delivery tracking number to return the goods. If the returned order cannot be tracked during transportation, we cannot guarantee safe receipt. I hope you understand this.
In the following cases, you will be responsible for paying the transportation cost of the returned item.
The order is incorrect:
If you order the wrong product or an incorrectly sized item, you will need to replace the shipping fee (to and from our warehouse). If you choose to refund, we will refund the original product price.
If you no longer need the item, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product to obtain a return.
The address on the package is only the address of the last processing center, not the return address. To get the return address, please contact our customer service via [email protected]. We are not responsible for the consequences and costs of any unconfirmed returns.
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 1 week.
All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.
